Tilly’s Tower

“Now playing gossip, secrets, conspiracy, and disco at 2AM.”

Rising above the palms near the island’s center, Tilly’s Tower is an odd little landmark that looks part lighthouse, part radio mast, and part treehouse. Built from salvaged wood, mismatched windows, and a winding staircase that seems to tilt just a bit too much, the tower is the home and broadcast booth of Tilly the tarsier. At night, the antenna lights blink like fireflies, guiding both locals and late-night dreamers to its glow.

Inside, the space is a charming chaos of records, old radios, and stacks of notebooks filled with island gossip. A hammock swings in one corner, while the main room holds the mic where Tilly delivers her famous nightly broadcast, equal parts rumor mill, comedy routine, and philosophical musing. Her big eyes catch every detail around Palo Miki, and nothing stays secret for long once it’s made it onto the airwaves.

Tilly’s Tower isn’t just a radio station, it’s the island’s pulse. Islanders tune in for news, laughs, or simply to hear a familiar voice drifting out over the static and sea breeze. From her perch high above, Tilly makes sure the whole island stays connected, one whispered story at a time.
